What a fantastic time we had in the Lord for our grand opening on Sunday 5th October!

The previous day we had received an impact team from the Waltham Forest church, our mother church, and spent the day labouring in witnessing, street preaching and music ministry. The fruit of that day was one of the best concerts we have had, with two of the sisters ministering for the first time. We saw a good number of visitors come out and five decisions for Christ throughout the day.

Our grand opening service itself saw God glorifying His name through almost everyone in church being involved in some way, and one of our highest ever attendances. We started off by opening the floor for some testimonies from longer-standing members and as well as new converts, about what church means to them and what they have seen God do.

We then heard about making church our spiritual base camp from which to further God’s kingdom, through the sermon, and how the faith of individuals can have big impact, as with David and Goliath.

The evening service also saw a good attendance, with visitors in both services. We are looking forward to all God has for us in this new building, and intend to continue to impact Bletchley, and the rest of MK, for the sake of the gospel.
