We have now been here in Milton Keynes for seven weeks today. God has been moving already and we look forward to all He is going to do through our ministry here in the coming weeks, months and by His grace, years.
We have seen a couple of decisions for Christ so far, including one man who has really locked into our Bible studies and has also began to help on outreach. We are looking forward to our opening concert on April 6th, and then our first church service the day after.
I have been blessed to book several of my favorite ministers on the team coming down to help us on the day of the concert, and it is sure to be a fantastic time. Others still are making their way down in cars and by train, and I know that Milton Keynes will be impacted by the gospel and the hope of Jesus Christ. Just on our own outreaches music has already drawn quite a response, so a gospel concert is bound to bear fruit here.
There are a lot of lost young people with little idea of God and no direction in life, but it has been a joy to already start reaching out to them with the truth. Details of concert and service times and addresses are on the main website – www.phmk.yolasite.com – please check it out.
We have also recently set a schedule to visit other fellowship churches, and have so far visited Nottingham and Digbeth, Birmingham. Tomorrow we will be at Northampton, before I head down to South London next week. So refreshing to catch up with other pastors and friends around the fellowship – just a blessing to be reminded of what God is doing around the UK and that we have support and friendship at the end of a phone line or a hour or so away on the motorway.
